A beautiful unisex baby blanket that looks impressive, but isn’t difficult to knit.

Finished size is approximately 24” x 28”.

Recommended materials include approx. 850 yds DK weight yarn, in 3 colors, and size 6 (24” circular) needles.

Sample was knit with 3 skeins of Berroco Vintage DK yarn:
1 skein MC - Blue #2143 (Dark Denim)
1 skein CC1 - White #2101 (Mochi)
1 skein CC2 - Red #2150 (Berries)

Recommended gauge is 5.5 stitches per inch, in garter stitch.

Skills required are casting on, knitting, increasing (KFB), decreasing (K2tog and SSK), and binding off.
Blanket is constructed in 1 piece, with no seaming required.
Pattern is clearly written.

The simple 2 row chevron stitch pattern uses increases and decreases on one row, and the alternate row is just knit.
There is no purling in this pattern!
