If you play Animal Crossing or have friends/family that do, you may have noticed that the winter season has some lovely knit clothes your character can wear. I liked the Snowy Hat so much I had to try making one. :) I have knit this hat myself, but it has not been officially test knit by anyone. It was knit with scraps of DK weight wool left over from other projects. It should also work fine with worsted weight wool.

I have included both written instructions and the chart, and also gave some ideas for changing the size. I included a tip about what you have to do differently if you prefer knitting flat to in the round as well.

This is a fun project for any fan of Animal Crossing - or anyone who likes this type of snowflake design.
