An expanded set of sizes for the original Armenian Knit Ladybug Sweater! Now available in sizes 2-10.

Delight the little Bug in your life with this cozy ladybug sweater. The graphic is knit not using intarsia, but a technique called Armenian Knitting. This method gives knitters the ability to create large color motifs without breaking the wool or knitting garments in flat pieces. Because of the secondary color carried behind the knitting throughout, the fabric is thick, cushy, and has flecks of the secondary color that peek through giving a tweed like effect.

You can watch a short video showing the “trapping” technique used in Armenian Knitting in the tutorials section of http://SeamlessKnits.com
