Knitting Pattern for an Oversized Sweater with colorful statement dots, a round neck and a straight fit in sizes XS | S | M (L | XL | 2XL) 3XL.

Structure:
The sweater is worked top down: First, the back part is worked back and forth in rows. Then, stitches are picked up along the back part to knit the front parts separately to shape the round neck. As soon as the round neck is closed, the front part is finished in one piece. Afterwards, stitches are picked up under the armpits to join back and front part. Now, both parts are finished in stockinette stitch in rounds and with a hem in 1x1 ribbed pattern.
Stitches for the sleeves are picked up directly out of the body along the armholes and the sleeves are worked in stockinette stitch in rounds – straight and without any shaping, but with a few decreases in the last round before working the cuffs in 1x1 ribbed pattern.
Last but not least, stitches for the double folded collar are picked up around the neckline and the collar is worked in 1x1 ribbed pattern too.
The whole body and sleeves are worked in stockinette stitch with colourful statement dots: therefore, the main colour is held single strand and for the contrast colour (the dots), two strands of mohair are held together. This combination creates a wonderful look and texture.
The fit of the sweater is loose and oversized to create a boxy look. The dots create a cool, modern look.
