This sweet hat design was inspired by some gorgeous yarn, plus my love of all things sparkly.

As I was knitting the hat, we had a sudden flurry of snow. This was highly unusual for this time of year, so the name ‘Autumn Snow’ seemed the perfect choice.

This fingering weight hat has some pretty stripes which are worked in a contrast hand dyed yarn - with sparkle of course !

You will need just 50g of the main colour and 10g of the contrast, so it’s a great way to use up those leftovers that we all have.

It’s a fun and quick project, perfect for holiday gifts !
