This shawl is easy to knit but the unique construction makes it flattering and versatile to wear. Knit from the bottom tip outwards, when finished it can be worn as a standard scarf or shawl or alternatively crossed at the front and buttoned for an elegant, draped wrap.

Baa Ram Ewe ‘Dovestone’ (50% BFL, 25% Wensleydale Longwool, 25% Dark Brown Masham, 252 yds / 230 m per 3.5 oz / 100 g); Colour: Chevin, 4 skeins.

Needles & Notions
2 US size 7 / 4.5 mm circular needles (24”/ 60 cm long)
Adjust needle size as necessary to achieve gauge.
Tapestry needle, stitch markers, 6 buttons (0.75” / 20 mm diameter).

GAUGE
19 sts / 26 rows = 4”/ 10 cm in st st blocked.
