Photos are included in the pattern to further illustrate the puff stitch, working into the 3rd loop, and transitioning from two strands of yarn to one. Size chart can also be used to estimate finished size with yarn substitutions, including a single strand of lighter weight yarn - simply continue increase rounds at the same rate until the flat diameter has been reached for the intended size.
