A pretty smaller shawl to drape over your winter duds in a stitch pattern borrowed from Bavarian socks.

Knitted in fingering weight (sock - of course!) yarn, the sample is 3 coordinating colours of Lorna’s Laces Shepherd Sock (Tahoe, Lakeview, and Buck’s Bar). A single or a semi-solid colour would be beautiful too.

The stitch pattern is symmetrical and you will soon find your rhythm - knit a few of these for gifts.

Knitted from the bottom up.
