The Bellejouanne Mitts feature alternating cables and are worked from the bottom up and in-the-round with a gusseted thumb.

The pattern is written for worsted weight wool or wool blend but can also be worked with a DK weight yarn.

Both written and charted instructions are included.

Worsted weight or DK weight yarn
105 - 120 yards (96 - 109.8 m). Exact yardage will vary, so please have sufficient yardage available.

Gauge:
24 sts x 34 rows over 4 inches (10 cm) in stockinette stitch
27 sts x 34 rows over 4 inches (10 cm) in cable pattern
