Block 3 of 12 of the Celebration Blanket by Ewe Ewe Yarns

Designed by Elizabeth Smith for Ewe Ewe Yarns

We may live on totally opposite coasts with me in Maine and Heather in California, but we connected over our shared life experiences and love of yarn. The wave-like chevron eyelets my design represent our bi-coastal friendship and how knitting allows us to find those ‘kindred spirits’, no matter how far away they might be.

Finished size: 14” x 14” (35.5 x 35.5 cm) after light blocking

Yarn: Ewe Ewe Yarns, Wooly Worsted, 95 yards per 50g skein, 100% merino wool superwash yarn, #4 worsted weight
* Color 2 - 2 skeins (10 Berry)

Needles: US 8 (5 mm) knitting needles

Supplies: Tapestry needle, row counter (optional)

Gauge: 17 sts to 4” (10 cm) in garter stitch worked flat, after blocking.
