The Blooming Vines shawlette features a long narrow crescent shape, and resembles floral vines trailing down a trellis. Because of the crescent shape, it drapes across the shoulders nicely and stays there. This shawl is perfect for a night out on the town, a wedding, or anytime you need a little something across your shoulders.

This shawl is not difficult, but I’ve rated it as intermediate because the instructions change for each row. The pattern calls for chains, single, double and treble crochet, front post double crochet, shells, clusters, and attaching new yarn.

There are three charts to help you with the written instructions, but this pattern is not completely charted. You will need to follow the written instructions.
