This is an adaptable crochet pattern that you can use to make a variety of bracelets. Use fine crochet thread or pearl cotton for delicate bracelets. Use yarns in any weight to create chunky bangles or cozy cuffs. This is a great project for using up leftover yarn and it’s perfect for splurging on a luxury fiber because very little yardage is required.

Skills needed: crocheting a chain, slip stitch, single crochet, double crochet. Simple sewing (for sewing on a button).

I use standard American crochet terms throughout this pattern.

Materials: Crochet thread or yarn. Coordinating size crochet hook. Needle and thread. Button or buttons for closure.

The pattern includes detailed instructions for creating bracelets with a single row of bobbles and two different ways of creating cuffs with multiple rows of bobbles. I give many suggestions for modifying the pattern throughout these instructions so there are many additional bracelet options. My aim is to encourage experimentation and to instill confidence so you can play with the pattern and have fun. I hope you will enjoy creating with me.

This 14 page PDF pattern is illustrated with many photographs including step-by-step photographs of the bobble stitch.
