This “one skein wonder” (single color version) is a very warm, very quick knit—and nothing but good old garter stitch.

The brim is formed by knitting three garter stitch strips, braiding them together, securing each strip’s end to its beginning and then picking up along the braided “edge” to knit the crown in garter stitch in the round.

This hat looks like absolutely “nothing” unless it is being worn. It needs you to complete it in more ways than one. Amaze your friends!

NOTE: As a new designer I struggle to get feedback and more than anything what I desire is conversation about my designs. What appealed to you about this one? What made you click on it? Download it? What are you interested in and how can I as a designer be responsive to your needs and wants? Any feedback you can provide will be most appreciated! Hit me up and happy knitting!
