This little Bunny and Chicky are quick to knit and make sweet Easter gifts. These only require small amounts of yarn so it is a super way to use up any ends of yarn skeins/balls to avoid waste. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, both toys are knitted in acrylic DK yarns on single pointed needles (not in the round).

NEEDLES
A pair of 3.75mm single pointed knitting needles (US 5)

RECOMMENDED YARN
Hayfield Bonus DK yarns in grey, white and yellow shades (Double knitting/light worsted weight, 100% acrylic)

NOTIONS
Toy filling (several handfuls), A darning needle, seed beads for eyes, and embroidery thread for the features

SIZES
One size only - Bunny is 14cm tall (including the ears) and chick is 6.5cm tall.

TECHNIQUES
For confident beginners and above, techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, and seaming to finish.
