Camino Bubbles is also available as part of the knit/lab Originals volume 1 eBook.

Camino Bubbles has a large circular motif in drop stitch mesh, perfect for wildly variegated & self striping yarns, and easily customizable in width & length.

The pdf includes two versions of the pattern: the main version with large bubbles (pictured against the sky, top) and another version with smaller bubbles (pictured on a red backgrounds, second from top). There are full written instructions as well as charts for both versions of the pattern.

The large bubbles sample was knit on 3.5mm/US4 needles with 40g/160m/180yds of Lang Jawoll Magic Dégradé Superwash 75% new wool, 25% nylon, shade 59.
Dimensions: approximately 20in/50cm wide x 18in/45cm in length.
Allow 2 balls of yarn for a full sized project.
Each repeat of the circle motif adds approximately 6.5in/16cm to the length.
The final pattern differs slightly from the sample shown: narrow panels of 1x1 ribbing have been added to make the long side edges more substantial.

The small bubbles project was knit on 3.5mm/US4 needles with one skein, 400m/437yds Hedgehog Fibres Sock yarn Pod colorway, and five Sock Minis, each 80m/87yds: Guppy, Oracle, Sorry Not Sorry, Anime, and Sin.
I used approximately 180g/720m/790yds, so there are some leftovers.
Gauge: approximately 18 stitches and 25 rows = 4ins/10cm in stocking stitch
Finished dimensions: approximately 160cm/62ins by 53cm/21ins
The color distribution for this version is detailed in an addendum to the pattern pdf available from the pattern page on my website as a free download.
A yarn only kit for this version is available directly from Hedgehog Fibres.

Renaissance Dyeing also have a kit available in naturally-dyed lace weight merino.

English, French, German and Swedish versions of the pdf are available. With thanks to Christine Chochoy for the French translation, to Julimond for the German translation and to Tvinnat for the Swedish one.
