This is a useful little top that looks fab over sleeveless vests.

I have used UK sizes in this so the 10/12 = 36” finished size 14/16 = 40” finished size 18/20 = 44” finished size

The pattern is designed to be a snug fit and, if you want a little extra room in the larger of each size pairing, try using a 5.5 mm hook for the broomstick and 5 mm hook for the edging.

You will need 150 to 200 grammes, that is 2 balls, of Stylecraft Classique

Provided you know basic broomstick technique this could be tackled by an adventurous beginner. I find the most difficult part of the pattern is the amount of counting involved for all the increases.
