What am I missing?
Candy Rabbit toy animal knitting pattern
I named my toy rabbit Candy because of the pink candy cane stripes.
The pattern is desgned for beginniers. You will need to know how to knit, purl, cast on, cast off, increase using KFB (knit front and back), and decrease using K2TOG (knit two stitches together). You also need to change colours (knit stripes).
The pattern is 11 pages and includes row by row instructions so you don’t forget your place. You will need to sew the finished rabbit together, and step by step construction photos are included in the pattern.
All pieces are knitted flat on 3mm straight needles. To knit the rabbit you will need approximately 100g double knit yarn in white, 50g in pale pink and 50g in dark pink, plus 100g toy stuffing. You will also need beads for decoration.
The finished rabbit is approximately 26cm high.
The “Candy Rabbit” knitting pattern is also for sale in the Squidgy Friends pattern collection, which includes the patterns for all the squidgy animal friends.
