Caspia is a versatile, light, and airy cardigan, perfect for layering. Beautifully textured lace panels reminiscent of ocean waves are featured at the center front and back as well as the sleeves (CHART ONLY).

The cardigan is constructed from the top down in one piece to minimize finishing. To avoid any complicated shaping in lace, stockinette stitch is worked at underarms of the sleeves and the sides of the body. The sleeves are designed to be bracelet length but can be easily customized to just about any length thanks to the top down construction; however, any change in length will require additional yarn. The neckline and the hems are worked in 1x1 rib, and the front edges are finished with 2-stitch I-cord bind off.

The garment is designed to be worn close fitting; however, the fit can be customized by knitting a larger size. The simple lace pattern is presented in chart form only.
