Small bottom-up lace edged shawl with garter stitch or stockinet body – knitter’s choice! Only 1-skein is required. Shawl is seamless and worked flat. Lace edging is worked first, then stitches are picked up along the straight edge of the lace strip by using the loops left while knitting the lace edge. The body of the shawl has a very slight crescent shape by working simple short rows; no wrap & turns.

Stitches used: knit, purl, k2tog, Ssk and Sl2-K1-Pso, K1FB

Gauge is not really necessary - not a fitted garment.
