NOTE: This is not an original pattern by me but a modification of the Favorite Scarf pattern also available for free from Ravelry. I made modifications to the edge stitch for a more uniform looking edge. I also included notes specific to the Tasco yarn from Online.

Chevrons are very fun to knit, can create very dramatic looks, and are a great way to start learning shaping techniques used in many knitted projects, especially in lace.

A note about Tasco: this yarn is 100% synthetic yet is still quite nice to work with. That is the good news. the bad news is that it has not been scheduled for any more runs by the manufacturere and is already hard to find. The color used in the sample sold out of our shop already. My dream is that the manufacturer will take note of how fast it sold out and change their minds about more production runs, but I am not optimistic. You can contact us about availability if you are unable to find it in your area.
