This sweater is ideal for boys and girls, just chose two of the child’s favourite colours to add to the striping pattern. This easy-to-knit drop down shoulder sweater is knitted in stocking stitch with stripes in two contrasting colours of your choice. This jumper is a relaxed fit, which will make the child feel comfortable and will soon become their favourite garment.
The sleeves have been knitted in only one contrasting colour with the striping narrowing to give the jumper a unique look. The sleeves can be knit shorter or actual size to allow for the child’s development.
Have fun knitting this sweater that is so easy with minimum shaping that even a beginner could have a go.
You will need: Pair of 3.75mm knitting needles - straight and circular (16 inches long for neckband), 50g ball of Drops Cotton Merino 4(5,6) charcoal, 50g ball of blue and 50g ball of yellow or colours of your choice (DK weight)
