Includes PATTERN for the Chloe Cap in 5 sizes to fit: baby (0-6 months), toddler (6-24 months), child (2-8 years), 9-teen, & adult. This pattern also includes instructions for the flower.

You will need U.S. H & G hooks and worsted weight yarn for the hat (I used Naturally Caron Country).
