The A-line Cirrus Pullover from Valley Yarns layers beautifully over a camisole and is soft against the skin with an airy drape. Knit in Southampton, a nearly weightless beautiful blend of mohair and silk yarn, this women’s sweater is worked from the bottom up in the round to the underarms. Then the front and back are worked separately back and forth, and the sleeves are picked up from the armholes and worked in the round to the cuffs. Short row shaping of the shoulders adds a gentle slope and smoother fit and seamed with a three-needle bind-off for minimal finishing. This knitting pattern is suitable for advanced beginner knitters.
