I designed this scarf and hat set because I wanted quick and easy gifts. Only one ball of SWS is needed for each the hat and scarf (two total) and you are on your way! Four sizes of hats included.

29” circular needles are needed to accommodate large number of stitches for the scarf. Do not join, but work back and forth as if on straight needles. Size 9 needles, 16” circular and double pointed, are needed for the hat.

If you would like a longer scarf (last picture and knit in Di.Ve’ Autunno -- 2 balls, 200 yards) more yarn and needles will be needed to accommodate larger number of stitches. Begin with 80 stitches. Proceed as directed with same increases in the pattern.

Description: Entire scarf is knit in stockinette stitch with increases to created ripples. Hat is knit in the round beginning with 16” circulars and finishing with DPNs.
