This tutorials were designed to capture and present the common three stages and shapes of this very popular and loved rose , three stages are : Closed (Cup Shape), Half-open (Bowl Shape) and Fully open rose (Saucer Shape).

Skill Level: Advanced Beginner

Ready size roses.
Following the tutorial and using the recommended yarn, you will make:

• Closed Rose: 2.8” (7cm) height, 2” (5cm) width flower.
• Half Open Rose: 3.1” (8cm) height, 3.1” (8cm) width flower.
• Open Rose: 3.5” (9cm) height, 4.7” (12cm) width flower. Ready size rose with stem: 15.7”/40 cm.

You can make a bigger (less) rose by using a larger (smaller) size of hook and thicker yarn.

Materials:

• Yarn in pink (yellow or red), green.
• Crochet Hook in sizes 2.5.
• Universal transparent glue.
• Wire for one flower: (0.3mm) - for three leaves 3x20cm, (2mm) –for leaves 1x17cm, for stem 1x35cm.
• Scissors
• Stuffing material of your choice.
