A luxuriously warm and fluffy cowl with special stitches to maximize texture, interest and bounce. Photo tutorials for coiled stitch and forked half double crochet are included inside. Backpost single crochet is also utilized (no tutorial).

I have classed this pattern as intermediate difficulty because the coiled stitch will take patience to learn and perform and also because forked half double crochet can be a more complex stitch to wrap your head around. An industrious beginner could absolutely make this piece with some extra time and effort. I am always available to assist - please just drop me a note through your Ravelry account!

Finished cowl measures : 38 inches long by 9.5 inches tall, a slightly oversized fit that looks great with the top gently rolled down.

Hook – 9.00 mm (or size needed to obtain gauge)
Tapestry Needle
3 Buttons in the size and colour of your choice.

Matching or complementary coloured sewing thread
