This easy pattern uses the mosaic knitting technique, which mimics stranded colorwork without having to work with two colors in a single row. It’s quick to make and fun to watch the colors change as you go. It’s technically a one-sided pattern, but the “wrong” side has its own charms and the layering of mosaic knitting provides extra squishy warmth.
