A quirky little cottage tea cosy that’s practical, yet fun, quick and easy to make.
It’s character is enhanced by simple textured patterning – a brick slip-stitch for the walls, knit & purl tile pattern for the roof, with the windows and doors worked in intarsia – a great first project if you have never used this technique before.
Vary the colours, & use up your oddments to create individual cosies.

There are charts to show the placement of the intarsia windows, door, & also the slipped stitch ‘brick’ pattern.
