Worked in simple garter stitch, the Crevasse Mitts put a new slant on your favorite go-to fingerless mitts. Showing off colorful stripes that are worked at an angle, the mitts can be worn reversibly. The mitts are cast on at one edge and worked flat until the piece, measured on the bias, fits around the wrist. They are then worked in the round, increased to the thumb hole, and worked flat through the palm. Simple stripes give them a glacial feel, and garter borders hide the color transitions at the edges.
