This pattern includes both the semi-slouch ponytail hat and the infinite shawl.

If you prefer a closed hat, rather than the open ponytail, I’ve also added an alternate round to change the top.

The shawl in this pattern was designed to fit a medium-sized adult at 40” around the shoulders. Because such a large hook is used, for every 2 stitches increased (or decreased), one can easily add (or reduce) the size by approx. 1.5”.

I wrote this pattern using Caron One Pound in my stitches, and I recommend it over other yarns for this these instructions. This is because it is somewhat bulkier than other yarns of its size 4 worsted weight class. Sizing may be different due to this.
