While creating this design, my husband was describing his cross-country ski trip. When I looked at the stitch pattern and noticed the “crosses” and “tracks” in the design, the name Cross-Country Shawl seemed perfect! It’s worked back and forth in rows, bordered by a minimal shell-edge to leave the focus on the lacy stitch pattern.
