I created this pattern for the Mosaic Yarn Shop’s “3 Bags Full” charity event, specifically using the yarn given to me by the Lands End “Hats for the Homeless” event in September. That yarn is similar to Cascade Yarns Sierra.

For this design, I wanted a beanie-style skull cap that would fit flatter on the head and decided that decreasing 4 stitches on every round would give me the desired look.
