Crossing Over hat entertains the knitter with garter brim, a cable “crossing over” a garter stripe and a crown that swirls to closure from the final cables. The garter brim can be accented with contrast stripes. Add that pompom (or not) for extra spunk. The garter brim keeps the ears snug and warm.

These hats are quick to knit up, making them ideal for gift giving. The hat is designed in 5 sizes for DK weight yarn. The pattern has both written and charted instructions.
Pattern has been test knit. It was tech edited by Michelle Hazell.

Look for the Crossing Over cowl to complete the set.
