The crescent-shaped Crystal Breeze wraps around your neck with a gently waving lace edge, punctuated with wedges of glittery beads (optional). It’s a perfect light-weight accessory for a breezy summer evening on the town.

Crystal Breeze begins with a long cast-on for the bottom edge. The lace triangles are worked before garter stitch short rows shape the body of the shawl into a crescent.

The addition of beads is optional but provides a fun sparkle. Changing the yarn weight or the size of the shawl will affect the size and number of beads used.

Gauge is not critical for this pattern, but using a different yarn weight or needle size will affect the size of the finished shawl.

The instructions are both written and charted.
