Daffydowndilly is the April outfit for Wee Black Faced Sheep. All monies raised from sales of this pattern will be donated to the Aberdeen branch of SANDS.

Recommended Gauge

With 2.5 mm (US 1 1/2) needles and Dk weight yarn, 16 sts and 23 rows to 5 cm (2 inch), measured over stocking stitch.

Needles and Notions:

• 1 pair 2.5 mm (US 1 1/2) knitting needles
• 50 cm (20 inches) 12 mm (1/2 inch) wide elastic for overskirt and head dress.
• Tapestry & household needle
• 1 x small green button
• 1 reel of soft pliable wire in silver or gold.

The wire is necessary to keep the petals in shape. Therefore, Daffydowndilly is not suitable for small children.
