Edging before cast off:
Purl 3 rows.
Rows 1 and 3 are right side rows, row 2 is a wrong side row. Row 4 is omitted due to bind off method.

Bind off all sts with 2 strands of yarn to match the tension of cast on stitches as follows (WS row):
K2, transfer 2 sts back to left hand needle, k2tog through back loops, k1, repeat from across.
Note: Compare bind off sts with cast on, if they are too loose, use smaller needles to bind off.
