Dawn Beach is located on the Dutch side of the Island of Sint Maarten (St. Martin), in the Caribbean. The beach boasts stunning, uninterrupted views of the ocean and its gently lapping waves. This pattern is inspired by the beautiful colors of the Caribbean (where I have yet to travel) and the movement of the water.

A day at the beach can have unpredictable weather – sometimes hot (like San Diego in high summer), sometimes chilly (like Moss Landing throughout the year). This scarf is constructed of a wool and silk blend yarn that is meant to be both breathable and cozy for transitional beach weather. The lace will play nicely with both variegated and single-color yarns.

Pattern is both fully written and charted.
