Happy knitting! xo Annie

Note the different (but somewhat comparable) yarn weights in this pattern. I designed this sweater with stash busting in mind! I love to highlight the BEST parts of any yarn, and this sweater was inspired by just that! You know that lovely skein of variegated yarn just sitting in your stash that you love so much but can’t think of what to knit with, and maybe a random skein of mohair as well? Perhaps leftovers from another project?? ….well here you go!

Recipe: 1 (or more) Skein of variegated yarn
1 (or more) Skein of a high contrast (possibly mohair) yarn
Skeins of a solid that either contrasts your variegated skein, or perhaps shares a color for the body of the sweater.

Gauge
22 stitches x 27 rows in pattern = 4 x 4” with larger needles

This sweater is worked in the round from the top down. Short rows are worked across the back for slight shaping before the color work yoke. The sleeve stitches are put on hold after the yoke, then later picked up and worked in the round. Slight waist shaping is included in the pattern for more flattering shape.
