There is nothing more beautiful than the sunrises and sunsets of Arizona. The colors of hand-painted wool yarn by Indy Dyer, Lamb’s Ears, truly echos the colors in the sky, especially during the Arizona monsoon season.

The shawl is knit from the bottom up using a very simple lace pattern, a bobble at the point of the lace and short rows have been used to provide a very gentle curve so the shawl will lay in place on ones shoulders.

This project requires exactly 400 yards of worsted weight yarn, a size US 8 (5.00mm) 29” circular needle and a size US J/10 (6.00mm) crochet hook.
