The David Tennant Illusion Knit came about following requests from various Doctor Who fans after the actor had left the series.

This is another in a lengthening list of complex illusion knits.

When you look straight at the knitting the picture disappears and you only see stripes.

Mine was made in DK yarn and measures 43cm by 89cm and is best viewed flat, so could become part of a bedspread. Other thickness of yarn could be used but might change the overall size.

September 2013 Update
The pattern now includes an extra chart intended for tablet users but others may find it helpful. You can view 20 ridges at a time and always be able to see the numbers across the bottom of the chart. Never lose your place again!
