Double dipping is having the best of both worlds.
In this instance, Double Dip is a fully reversible hat with 2 personalities –a sensible, plain side, and a visually interesting slipped stitched side.

Double Dip is written for 2 yarn weights (Fingering and DK), and comes in 3 sizes (toddler, child, and adult)

CONSTRUCTION
Double Dip is a fully reversible, double layered beanie knit in the round.
The pattern is written for two yarn weights, and 3 sizes.
The pattern starts at the crown of the main colour hat, working down to the brim. From here you work back up towards the crown of the patterned hat, utilising the main colour and contrast colour in a slip stitch pattern.
At the end of the project, a small seam will need to be closed on the crown of the main colour hat.

SKILLS REQUIRED
You will need to know how to:
Knit in the round
Seam a small length of knitting
Work slipped stitches
