Starting with just one pattern at the bottom of the shawl, the dragonflies patterns build as the shawl widens, then an alternate smaller dragonfly pattern is added for the top edging. This is a fun knit and results in a lovely lacy shawl where the dragonflies just seem to dance.

This pattern contains both charted and written instructions. It was tech edited, but sometimes, errors crop up regardless so here goes:

Row 1 (RS): K1, k2tog, yo, k2, k2tog, yo twice, k1, yo, ssk twice, k2, yo, cdd, yo, k2, k2tog, yo twice, k1; repeat from to last 8 sts, yo, ssk twice, k2, yo, ssk, k1—131 sts.

SHOULD BE to last 9 sts instead of 8 sts

Row 3: K2, k1, k2tog, yo twice, k2tog, yo, k2, k1, yo, ssk twice, k1, yo, cdd, yo, k1, k2tog, yo twice, k1; repeat from to last 11 sts, k1, yo, ssk, yo, ssk, k1 twice, k2—135 sts.

SHOULD BE K2 instead of K1 at the end of each repeat.
