This is a one-skein, stashbuster project that you can knit quickly. It’s great to use as a gift bag or include the pattern with a one-skein gift of yarn (great for swapping).

You can also lightly felt the bag (notes about felting are included in the pattern)

Please note that I wrote this to be a one-skein pattern but if you find that you are going to have additional yarn left over, go ahead and knit a few more rounds before binding off. Make sure you have enough to knit an i-cord drawstring (or knit the i-cord first). I like the idea of using up an entire skein of yarn that otherwise would be growing old in my stash. :-)
