Driftless– a geologic region in the upper Midwest characterized by its hills and deeply carved river valleys. The country roads that wind through this area grant you the most stunning vistas, especially if you are riding a bicycle. Create your own Driftless hills and valleys from slip stitches that flow from the garter brim to the crown. The variety of ways to color the stripes makes this an easy pattern to use remnants in your stash. The hat is designed in 4 sizes in worsted weight yarn. The pattern has both written and charted instructions.
