The Easy Aran Kids Pullover is a unisex worsted weight sweater, created with cables and moss stitch.

It looks complicated, but the instructions are quite easy to follow, and it will look great on all the kids.
The pattern is simple and repetitive, and there is minimal shaping required.
Instructions are clearly written.
The sweater was designed to be an easy introduction to the world of Aran Sweaters, which are known for their beautiful cables and textured stitches.

Sweater back and front are knit separately, and joined at the shoulders using a 3 needle bind off.

Sleeve stitches are picked up along the the armhole edge, and knit down to the cuff. Stitches are picked up around the neck, and the neckband is knit in the round.
