This is worked bottom up with the brim worked last (through the foundation chain).

I used Red Heart worsted wt acrylic double stranded with a fingering wt acrylic to get a tighter gauge. You can use a bulky acrylic if desired.

The tighter the gauge, the better it will hold its shape.
