requires 500 to 1200 size 8/0 beads - the number depends on the width and length of project chosen.

The finished piece will also require 1 to 3 buttons. If you are a button collector here is a way to showcase some of your wonderful buttons.

Due to the weight of the beads, 100% silk or an equally strong fibre is recommended for this project.

These bead knit pieces of Jewelry are reminiscent of the Edwardian style. The beads are pre-strung in pattern and then knit in place. They are double knit so that the backing of the jewelry is finished and smooth. Choose either the narrow or wide version and knit yourself an heirloom.

The choker can be doubled and worn as a bracelet.
