This pattern contains instructions to make Elly, the Amigurumi Baby Elephant. Elly is crocheted from sport weight yarn (you could use DK) with a size 0 (3.25mm), and has plastic safety eyes. Of course you can use any thread or yarn with the appropriate size hook, just make sure that you adjust the size of the eyes to the size of the elephant.

Elly is about 6.5 inches (16.5cm) tall and 6 inches (15cm) long, not including her trunk. The legs can be either thread-jointed for movement possiblities, or sewn on. Elly would make a wonderful gift for children!

Instructions for making Elly’s pretty red flower are included. The booklet is 18 pages long, and includes many color photos of the finished elephant, as well as instructional photos to help you along the way.
