This is a guideline for a mood tracker blanket much like the temperature tracker blankets. The pattern itself is just two rows but there’s some preparation in undertaking a larger project.

I created this blanket because it takes less colors than a temperature tracker blanket and it is an exercise in turning my bullet journal mood tracker into something beautiful.

This has been an illustration in how my mood has improved over 2019 and how I’ve begun to improve my skills for dealing with my mental illness symptoms.

I named this End of Stigma blanket because talking about mental illness in a honest and forthright fashion is one step towards ending the stigma of mental illness.

This is a project for almost any knitter. I would rate it for an advanced beginner up to an expert looking for a new soothing knit for in the front of Netflix.

GAUGE - don’t stress over it
SKILLS - knit, slip stitches with yarn in front (wyif), doing some math to decide how large your want your project to be
SIZE - depends on knitter
