Entrelac is a fun technique that I think works very well combined with other techniques and stitch patterns. In this project, I’ve designed a diagonal lace pattern scarf with ribbed Entrelac edges worked in two colors. It is suitable for men and women.

This is an Intermediate level project. I’ve worked hard to provide easy to read instructions and included photographs to help you along the way, but it would be helpful if you’ve worked on Entrelac before. You’ll also need to know how to pick up knit and purl stitches.

The Diagonal Lace Pattern is a glorified garter stitch. It’s worked with NO PURL STITCHES!

As with all my designs, I’m here to help!! I want you to have fun and end up with a sensational result, so you’ll find my Email address at the top of the pattern. Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions you have.

I hope you enjoy working up my pattern as much as I enjoyed designing it for you.
